I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I work in an integrative manner which means my service is tailored to each individual. In addition to psychotherapy and counselling, I also offer hypnotherapy, alternative therapies and oncology support for individuals and their affected family members. I have a post graduate diploma in clinical supervision and can offer supervision to staff and trainee therapists. My work is fully insured and I have a disclosure and barring service certificate. I am a BUPA approved employee assistance programme therapist and can offer critical incident debrief support to employees of large organisations. I have experience working in the corporate sector. I have also worked with young people and vulnerable adults presenting with a range of issues within the clinical and voluntary services.

Approach to treatment
I am an integrative counsellor which means I utilise different counselling methods to suit your needs. I am able to use a range of therapeutic approaches to impact positively on the difficult and stressful issues you may be facing. My emphasis is on the promotion of health and well-being of the client. I utilise a holistic approach which supports clients on their emotional and spiritual journey through the counselling process. I am able to provide short, medium and long term therapy for private individuals and couples. I also offer time- limited counselling for organisations and agencies.
