Overall I take an Integrative approach combining: Person Centred - working in a non-directive, non-judgemental & empathic way with the client. Also Psychodynamic (looking at underlying unconscious motivation), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, how thinking affects our behaviour) & Transpersonal (incorporating the spiritual). I also offer EFT (or tapping).
