I am a qualified and experienced therapist with training in Person centred approach, Cognitive behavioural therapy and attachment theory. I work in in integrative way which means I use a number of approaches to find what works best for you. I have experience working in the National Health Service, for a national charity and in private practice. I also have experience providing mental health support for university students. Therapy can be helpful in addressing difficulties like depression, anxiety, lack of self-confidence, issues with relationships and much more. It allows you to work through issues affecting you, thereby enabling you to change your life in a positive way. It is important to establish a warm, empathetic and non-judgemental relationship with your therapist. Within this relationship you can explore what is going on in your life, gain insight into your feelings, and better understand your behaviours and thinking patterns. This can help you to come to terms with past experiences, develop better ways of coping, help overcome depression or anxiety, and challenge and change unhelpful ways of thinking. Thank you for reading my profile.
