I am an experienced counsellor with over ten years’ experience. I am registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and abide by their code and ethical guidelines. I approach therapy from a humanistic perspective. The Humanistic approach focuses on personal growth thereby enabling a person to think about their feelings and take responsibility for their thoughts and actions. I offer face to face, telephone, video and e-mail counselling and I am available for sessions during the day, evenings and on weekends. I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to discuss your difficulties and challenges. Counselling enables you to ventilate your feelings and empowers you to regain control of your life. I will emphasize that counselling is a subjective experience and it is important that you feel comfortable with your counsellor.
