Biography

I am a qualified counsellor with extensive experience providing therapy for a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, sexual abuse, relationship issues, workplace health, loss, health related issues and much more. I offer an empathetic, caring, supportive and non-judgemental service which will enable you to express yourself freely without fear of being judged. I offer face to face counselling and I also see clients online using video. I have worked as a counsellor and psychotherapist in a G.P practice and I also have experience working as a ChildLine counsellor providing counselling for children via telephone, e-mail and instant messaging. Commencing therapy can be a daunting experience and It requires courage to begin seeking help and support. My approach is to work collaboratively to help you get what you need from therapy.
