Biography

Prior to starting my own private practice in 2009, I worked in the corporate world as a senior manager so I have a great understanding of the many issues that can arise in the workplace. I have been working with clients since 2002 and the most common presenting problems I see are stress, anxiety, depression and relationship issues. I work with all of these and much more. I enjoy working with clients to achieve their goals. One of my specialisms is helping people see the links between stress and the physical symptoms they may be experiencing. This more often than not leads to eradication of symptoms. Whatever problem you need help with, you can be assured of a non judgmental and confidential service.
