I am now a qualified and accredited psychotherapist with over 5000 hours of experience both in private practice and in the NHS where I work with people with a broad range of often complex presentations.

Approach to treatment
I offer one-to-one psychotherapy and provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space for exploration, reflection and understanding of yourself, your emotions and your relationships with others at home and at work. I can offer a range of tools and coping strategies to use to manage negative emotions, thoughts or behaviours that are impacting on others or your ability to enjoy life and work. I can also offer comfort, support and hope for the future in times of distress. We work together at your pace on the issues that you bring to help connect with your inner resources, find choices in your life and promote your ability to make the changes you want to make. I primarily use a humanistic person-centred approach, valuing experience and putting the client needs at the centre of the work. I believe that personal growth and change is both possible and necessary. I promote a sense of self-worth and provide positive value to experiences and emotions.
