I am a person centred counsellor passionate about helping clients overcome their difficulties. Do you feel anxious all the time? Would you like to reduce your stress levels? Or perhaps you want to take control of your life and feel positive instead of pessimistic all the time? Maybe you are searching for meaning and purpose in your life? Counselling and psychotherapy can help you find the direction you are searching for and provides you with the tools to be more fulfilled and satisfied in your work, social and family life. I would like to emphasize that counselling is about you and my approach is tailored specifically to your individual needs. I have extensive experience working with a variety of clients from numerous professional backgrounds. I have provided therapy for employees and executives in the legal, accounting, financial, entertainment and public sector industries. I have worked as an adviser to film directors and scriptwriters as well as with numerous artists, performers and writers. I have also worked as a counsellor at MIND mental health charity, providing time limited in-person and telephone counselling.
