Biography

Prior to commencing my journey as a counsellor, I practised as a nurse for several years. My perspective on health and wellness is based on the interconnectedness between mind, body and spirit. As such my approach is holistic, taking into consideration the different aspects of a person’s being. I provide a non-judgemental, non-critical and confidential environment which serves to enable clients ventilate their feelings unhindered, thus fostering growth and development. I approach each and every client with kindness, compassion and eagerness to understand their challenges and what they would like to achieve from therapy. I strive to assist clients in finding answers and constructive solutions to their problems by exploring the root cause or reasons for their difficulties. My approach to therapy is integrative and holistic taking into consideration the different facets of existence – mind, body and soul. I look forward to working with you and assisting you in your journey of self-discovery.
