Hello, I am Irena and I look forward to assisting you in overcoming your challenges and difficult. Before training to become a therapist, I was a successful editorial and graphic designer in London. My passion for the art of psychotherapy propelled me to make the transition to become a therapist. I am a BACP accredited psychotherapist and counsellor and I have been practising for the past 9 years in Kingston upon Thames and Surbiton. I have experience working in both the private and public sector. I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space in which clients can explore their difficulties. I work with clients from various walks of life and ethnicities. I offer both individual and couples counselling for either brief or longer term periods with the objective of assisting you in overcoming your challenges and living a meaningful, purposeful land prosperous life. I tailor my approach to meet the needs of my clients and I can utilise a variety of approaches depending on the nature of your difficulties.
