Biography

Hello, I'm Heather. I'm a registered counsellor and psychotherapist with over 17 years post-registration experience. I have private and voluntary sector experience supporting people to find mental well being and balance. My regular practice involves supporting people suffering in their lives; sometimes it's relationship issues that are the difficulty, sometimes it's stress, anxiety and/or depression. I also have specific experience in working with students (Sheffield Hallam University), bereavement (Cruse Bereavement Care), people suffering with eating disorders and gender dysphoria. Everyone I work with is individual with specific needs and concerns and it is my aim to work with you to meet your needs and achieve your therapeutic goals.
