I am a qualified Gestalt counsellor (MBACP reg.) and psychotherapist (UKCP reg.). I have been working as a counsellor since 2002 and I have been offering psychotherapeutic services since 2007. Over the years, I worked for students' counselling services, GP surgeries and bereavement services. In addition, I opened my private practise in 2005. I welcome clients with a wide range of needs such as anxiety, bereavement issues, communication difficulties, cultural issues, depression, ill-health, personal development, psychosomatic illnesses, mood disorders, self-esteem issues and trauma work.

Approach to treatment
I am a Gestalt counsellor and psychotherapist (individuals and groups). The majority of my work is face-to-face and I have been offering video therapy since 2013. I provide short-term work (on average 8 sessions) and I offer therapy mid and long-term. The longest I have worked with a client so far has been 3 1/2 years.

I work with self-referral adults (18 +) was well as clients referred by EAPs, GPs or insurances. I have worked for a bereavement charity, within a GP practice and for a student counselling service.
