Approach to treatment
My therapeutic stance is existential and psychodynamic and I incorporate solution-focused techniques to my time-limited work. I am passionate about empowering my clients to examine their lives and beliefs with curiosity and a fresh perspective. Therapy is about taking ownership for your choices and actions and finding ways to make positive changes in a collaborative partnership.
