Biography

I am BACP registered therapist with a diploma and degree in counselling and psychotherapy. I have significant experience and I work with a range of client issues, dependent upon what the client decides to bring into the confidential counselling session. I work in a warm, genuine, holistic, non-judgmental and empathetic way which helps enable the client to feel more comfortable and engaged during the session. I also help clients manage their stress levels better and improve upon their work/life balance, if applicable. I continue to update and enhance my various skills by attending counselling workshops and courses. I enjoy my client work enormously which in turn helps clients move forward with their presenting issues.
