I am an experienced counsellor with over sixteen years’ experience. I have worked as a staff counsellor with the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and other Government departments. I work as a counsellor with several Employee Assistance Providers (EAPs) in the UK. My counselling experience includes working in a GP surgery, counselling with the Liverpool Young Person’s Advisory Service (YPAS) and online counselling. I supervise trainee counsellors and have been involved in running various therapy-related workshops. I offer a warm, therapeutic relationship with my clients and aim to provide a safe, confidential, respectful and non-judgemental environment. Counselling provides you with an opportunity to talk confidentially about your feelings, enhance self-awareness and work towards a more satisfying and fulfilling life. I aim to provide a supportive environment where you can feel safe enough to explore your problems. Each counselling session is unique and is tailored to your requirements. Sessions last approximately 50 minutes; the number and frequency of sessions is entirely up to you.
